Strategic Chief of Staff & Cross-Functional Ops Lead

ATBF Labs is seeking a high-trust operator who will work directly with the founders, own cross-functional programs end to end, and turn ambiguity into a concrete plan. You will run the operating cadence, set goals, and drive the company forward beyond a single lane. You’ll build the early operating backbone—hiring, vendors, finance ops, tooling—and sit in on tough decisions, surfacing data to ensure follow-through across engineering, go-to-market, and leadership.
