Legends Global Hospitality operates select food and beverage offerings at WinStar World Casino and Resort. The Director of Food & Beverage leads the full F&B portfolio on property and is accountable for the people, the product, the process, and the performance of every outlet. This role reports to the General Manager and is held to the highest expectations for operational excellence. This is a leadership role first. We are looking for a hands-on, visible leader who builds trust and accountability with the team, sets a clear standard for food and beverage quality, and runs a disciplined operation. The right candidate can design a premium guest experience while keeping value front and center for a wide range of guests, from casino patrons and sportsbook fans to resort guests, concert audiences and Grammy Award winning artists.
