Job DescriptionDescription: Hotstart, Inc. has openings for production assemblers in our plant at our corporate headquarters in Spokane, Washington. This is a full-time position. The job is responsible for the assembly and testing of engine heating systems. This position will work closely with Production team members in addition to the Quality, Design Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering teams, under the direction of the department Line Lead, Production Manager, and COO.

Primary Responsibilities:
Following departmental processes for assembly, test and quality requirementsReading multilevel bill of material, point to point, and work instruction documents to support product assembly effortProduction testing, including electrical hipot and air leak testingDependable attendance, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. M-Th, some overtime opportunitiesIdeal candidates will have the following skills: Ability to use hand and power toolsBackground and experience with electro-mechanical assemblies preferredTraining will be providedTroubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve fit and function issues of assembliesAbility to take direction, communicate clearly and respectfully, and work well with others to successfully meet daily output and quality requirementsQualifications: High School Diploma or EquivalentBasic PC skills, including Word and Excel preferredKnowledge and use of lean manufacturing concepts helpfulHotstart, Inc. is a world-leading manufacturer of industrial engine preheating systems.
