Company Description: At McClintock Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical Inc. we believe you shouldn’t have to choose between the opportunities of a growing company and the personal connection of a family-owned business. Here, you get both. We are a locally owned and family-operated company with a long-standing reputation for taking care of our customers, our people, and our community. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to the values that got us here: doing the right thing, working hard, supporting one another, and taking pride in the experience we provide. We’re big enough to be there — with a brand-new, modern headquarters, thousands of maintenance agreements, long-standing customer relationships, year-round stable work, continued investment in training and technology, and real opportunities for career growth. But we’re still small enough to care. Our owners are actively involved in the day-to-day business, our employees are known by name, and great work doesn’t go unnoticed. We want people to build careers here, not simply come to work. We Do the Right Thing For:

Our People: We invest in training, continued learning, and opportunities for advancement. Our goal is simple: help every team member grow at least one level every year. As McClintock grows, we want our people growing right along with us. Our Customers: We take pride in delivering a world-class customer experience built on honesty, quality workmanship, and personal accountability. Our strong reputation and consistently high customer ratings reflect the trust we’ve built within our community. Our Community: We believe success should be shared. Each year, 5% of our net profit is designated to give back — either internally to our people or externally to charitable organizations that are meaningful to our team. The home services industry continues to grow, and so does McClintock. We’re looking for skilled, driven, thoughtful, and team-oriented people who want to be part of what we’re building. If you want the resources and opportunities of a growing company while still being part of a team where your name, your work, and your growth matter, you may have found your home at McClintock. Big Enough to Be There. Small Enough to Care. Still Locally Owned.
