A national housing consulting firm that manages Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program operations on behalf of public housing authorities is hiring a Housing Supervisor to run daily onsite office operations for its Chicago team. This is the frontline leadership seat for a busy public-facing office: the Supervisor sets the tone for customer service, is the first point of escalation when a participant or landlord issue gets difficult, manages workflow and deadlines across a small onsite team, and represents the company to the housing authority and its partners inside the building. The office runs a high-volume, in-person walk-in day each week, so this is a hands-on, high-visibility leadership role. The right person will build real credibility with the client by being the one leader consistently on-site. Anticipate $52K-$60K+ base salary, based on experience
