Director of Waterproofing

Primary Responsibilities: Support sales teams with waterproofing expertise. Participate in presentations, preconstruction meetings, and project pursuits. Increase specification opportunities and negotiated work. Establish estimating standards and pricing methodologies. Review plans, specifications, and waterproofing details. Lead technical solution development and value engineering efforts. Manage risk assessment and contract review. Business DevelopmentOversee project management, scheduling, procurement, quality control, and safety. Develop project execution standards and best practices. Implement productivity and profitability tracking. Talent DevelopmentRecruit, train, and mentor waterproofing estimators, project managers, superintendents, and field personnel. Develop organizational structure and succession plans. Target MarketsExperience in one or more of the following: Below-grade waterproofing Blind-side waterproofing Traffic coatings Air and vapor barriers Hot-applied waterproofing Cold fluid-applied membranes Sheet membrane waterproofing Deck coatings Commercial restoration waterproofing Building-envelope systems Compensation Range$150,000 - $250,000+ depending on experience and proven track record.
