You'll meet with families who've asked for guidance and help them choose life insurance and mortgage protection that fits their home and budget. We'll set you up to succeed with hands-on training, a mentor you can actually call, and the tools to work from home.

Your Role:
Connect with families via phone and Zoom to discuss coverage options
Advise clients on plans tailored to their needs and budget
Build long-term relationships and follow up with existing clients
Manage your own schedule and grow your client base
What We Offer:
No cold calling — all leads come from our direct mail and digital campaigns
Commission-based pay with strong first-year potential; top performers exceed six figures (we'll share splits and average production at the interview)
Fully remote, flexible schedule, full- or part-time
Comprehensive training — no experience required
Mentorship and coaching from senior agents

What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated with a disciplined work ethic
Comfortable working independently
Motivated by helping others and building a career
Active Life & Health license, or willingness to obtain one (we'll help)
