We're seeking motivated individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills who like to work with their hands rather than sit behind a desk. As a machine operator, you will be operating CNC machines, measuring parts to make sure they stay in tolerance, and see what it is really like to work in a machine shop. Wagner Machine only has one shift, so all employees work days, keeping their evenings and weekends free. Day to Day Responsibilities Operate CNC machines: loading and unloading parts Measure parts to make sure they stay in tolerance Ensure finished parts are deburred properly and look good Complete work on time Keep learning Maintain accountability to performance standards and company values Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:- Must qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR (US Citizen, Green card, Asylum)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. and pass a drug-screen and background check
- Strong computer skills

- Prior experience in a LEAN Manufacturing or 5S settingan ISO9001 or AS9100D certified business
- Completion of a high school shop class
- Enrollment in or completion of an Industrial Technology Degree program
