We are seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our multifamily property team. $16–$19/hour, based on experience and industry qualifications, including CPO, HVAC, CAMT, and related certifications. 40–50 hours/week with rotating after-hours on-call responsibilities. Candidates must have reliable transportation, their own basic maintenance tools, and the ability to perform the essential physical functions of the position, including lifting, bending, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and standing/walking for extended periods. Multifamily maintenance experience preferred. Must be dependable, customer-service oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Equal Opportunity Employer.
