Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesCHI Health Clinic and Creighton University School of Medicine are seeking a BC/BE PM&R Physician that is committed to a multi-disciplinary team approach to care.
Manage patients in an inpatient rehab unit, functioning as rehabilitation team leader.
Dual-management model with Hospitalists co-managing all patients.
Average census of 8-12 patients per physiatrist.
No in-house weekend calls; inpatient hospitalist coverage on the weekends, physiatrists on home call for rehab related issues.
Participation in education and mentorship of CUSOM medical students.
Opportunity for growth to add outpatient clinics in the continuum of care, including Brain Injury, SCI, Amputation, and Stroke as well as spasticity management (chemo denervation, ITB pump refills).
EMG available in clinic with robust referral volume.
Large primary care, orthopaedic, and spine surgery partner base for inpatient and outpatient referrals.
Competitive salary, CME allowance, relocation allowance.
Job Requirements:
American Board Certified or Board Eligible in specified area of medical specialty.
Valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible.
CompensationPay Range: $296,000 - $320,000 per year.
