Plumbing Estimator - Commercial & Industrial Plumbing

Key Responsibilities: Prepare estimates, bids, and budgets for labor, materials, equipment, and installation costs. Review blueprints, MEP drawings, and specifications to perform accurate quantity takeoffs. Identify scope gaps, cost risks, and potential change orders before bid submission. Obtain and evaluate supplier, vendor, and subcontractor quotes to develop competitive pricing. Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and trade partners to clarify project requirements. Update estimates for change orders and maintain organized bid records and historical cost data.
