What you'll do:
ResponsibilitiesEvaluate new generative AI models weekly and decide which to integrate
Scale character production from 12 to 50+ while establishing consistency standards
Maintain and optimize AI pipelines across the entire character portfolio
Debug model performance issues and deploy patches proactively
Build systems ensuring output is undetectable rather than visibly AI-generated
What you'll need:
ExperienceExpert-level ComfyUI proficiency with complex graphs and custom node development
Production experience with image generation (Flux, Nano Banana, Imagen)
Face consistency mastery including LoRA training and ControlNet workflows
GPU economics optimization knowledge
Quantitative model evaluation and prompt architecture systems
Familiarity with voice/lip-sync tools (ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Rask)
