- Design, Develop, Convert Business needs into Technical Varicent Configurations. Develop and maintain ETL process, data pipelines and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Create and publish dynamic reports for Commission insights.

- Define and implement Varicent ICM architecture aligned with business requirements.oDesign complex compensation models| workflows| and calculation logic within Varicent.
Technical Leadershipo:
Lead a team of Varicent developers and administrators.oProvide guidance on best practices| performance optimization| and troubleshooting.
Integration Data Managemento:
Manage integrations between Varicent and CRM| ERP| HR systems (e.g.| Salesforce| SAP| Workday).oEnsure data accuracy| integrity| and timely processing for incentive calculations.
System Configuration Maintenanceo:
Configure Varicent modules| roles| and security settings.oMonitor system performance and apply patchesupgrades as needed.
