Global VP of Technology & AI-Driven Delivery

Balsam Brands is seeking a VP of Technology to lead engineering across Digital and Enterprise teams, guiding AI-enabled SDLC and translating business priorities into a clear engineering strategy with measurable results. You will develop leaders, align investments with product leaders, and own architecture decisions for scalable, reliable systems across omnichannel retail in a hybrid working model (in-office Mon–Wed).
