Job Title Occupational Therapist (OT) Location Bemidji, MN | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Monday–Friday, Day Shift | No call, no weekends | OnsiteKey Responsibilities Evaluate and treat a variety of adult patient diagnoses in an acute hospital setting, including general deconditioning, total joint replacement, post-operative orthopedic conditions, neurological diagnoses, and general medical-surgical cases Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system for documentation and patient management Float to outpatient setting as needed Participate in computer-based organizational orientation as well as one-on-one EPIC and department-specific orientation Adhere to facility dress code requirements (charcoal grey scrubs or business casual)
Required Qualifications:- Active Minnesota Occupational Therapy License required
- Active BLS certification — American Heart Association (AHA) only
- Minimum 1 year of recent inpatient hospital experience within the past 3 years
- Willingness to float to outpatient setting if needed
- Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility are considered local and subject to a local rate adjustment
- Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in an acute care hospital setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records
- Willingness to cross-train to a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting for intermittent coverage needs (not required)
