Director, Individual Giving & Donor Growth

AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Director of Individual Giving to lead the strategic annual giving program and manage a portfolio of leadership gift prospects. This role ensures a seamless donor journey from first-time donor to leadership donor and drives multi-channel fundraising initiatives. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and a track record of 7+ years in nonprofit fundraising, including leadership experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
