AVP, Ceded Reinsurance - Strategy & Execution Lead

Vantage Group Holdings Ltd. is seeking an AVP, Ceded Reinsurance to manage the execution of the company’s ceded reinsurance programs. You will coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate records and timely reports. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of ceded reinsurance experience, strong knowledge of treaty and facultative reinsurance, and excellent stakeholder communication.
