A freestanding ER in Longview, TX is seeking a skilled and compassionate Paramedic to join our fast-paced Emergency Department team. If you thrive under pressure, love helping people, and are passionate about high-quality emergency care, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Start IVs, draw blood, perform EKGs, and carry out physician orders
Monitor patient vitals and respond to urgent care needs
Keep patients calm, informed, and reassured during procedures
Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record system
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other care team members
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment
Greet patients and visitors warmly to provide an exceptional care experience
What You Bring:
2+ years of ER experience
EMT-P certification (required)
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to stay calm and focused in high-stress situations
Passion for patient care and customer service
