Providers will engage in night and weekend shift coverage within a collaborative, team-based model designed to complement existing commitments. Practice Info 100% inpatient psychiatry - no outpatient responsibilities Large inpatient footprint: 86-bed adult unit at MetroWest Medical Center (Natick) and 12-bed adult unit at Saint Vincent Hospital (Worcester) Full behavioral health continuum on-site, including a 17-bed child/adolescent unit and 24-bed geriatric neuropsychiatric unit Hospital-employed position within Tenet Healthcare Collaborative, team-based model with supportive administration and established clinical staff Access to a robust, multi-specialty behavioral health program supporting cross-disciplinary collaboration
