Dental Assistant

Job Description: Dental Assistant

We see you. We know that being a Dental Assistant is so much more than just passing instruments and setting up trays. You’re the heartbeat of the dental team, the calming presence for nervous patients, and the expert who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. And yet, in so many offices, assistants don’t get the appreciation, respect, or opportunities they deserve. We’re here to change that. At Peace Haven Smiles, we don’t just want a Dental Assistant—we want a valued co-provider, a teammate, and a key part of our patient care experience. We want you to work with us, not for us. We Hear the Common Complaints… And We Do Things Differently. Feeling undervalued and unheard? Here, your voice matters. Your ideas matter. You are a vital part of the team, and we want your input. Overworked and underpaid? We offer competitive pay, achievable bonuses, and a stable schedule so you can actually enjoy your work—and your life outside of it. No room to grow? We provide one-on-one coaching, professional development, and career growth opportunities so you can build the future you want. Toxic work environments? Our office is positive, fun, and family-oriented—no drama, just teamwork and support. What You’ll Get When You Join Our Team: A collaborative, supportive team that respects and values you Stable hours—no getting sent home without pay Real opportunities for growth—not just empty promises Competitive pay, bonus opportunities, and financial stability Respect and appreciation for the hard work you do every day Privately owned office - not a corporate DSO
