Deco Operator Looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Deco Operator. Schedule is 7pm to 7am. Candidates must be able to work a 12 hour rotating shift (including every other weekend). The benefit of this schedule is less work days per year and some weekdays off. Hourly rate is $18.50 plus a 15% shift differential
Job Summary:
Run decoration lines to produce tubes to customer specs.
Operate and maintain machines.
Perform machine set up and changeovers.
Complete accurate documentation of process.
Set up/diameter changes.
Insure required line speed is achieved without sacrificing the quality of the tube.
Insure waste is at or under the department goal.
Educational Background/Technical Skills:
Previous deco experience preferred.
Mechanically inclined.
Basic computer skills
