We’re hiring coaches to run kids’ soccer sessions across Cabarrus County — and for most of the kids you’ll work with, this is the highlight of their week.

You’re outside, moving, not stuck behind a counter or desk

You’re leading games, not sitting around
Sessions are short, fast, and fly byYou leave work in a better mood than when you showed upWhat you’ll be doing
Leading small groups of kids (ages 2–8)
Running structured (but fun) soccer sessions
Keeping things organized, positive, and engaging
Showing up on time, ready to go???? The details$19 per 25–45 minute session ($95-$475+ per week depending on schedule)
Typically 5–25 sessions per week
Weekdays + Saturday mornings
You set your availability each season
Paid training — no high-level soccer experience needed????
Requirements:

Background check required
