Job Description
Location: Roanoke, IL
Pay: Starting at $20.75 per hour
Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Thursday| 5:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Occasional overtime may be required depending on workload
Education: High School Diploma or GED required

Key responsibilities include:
  • Assembling elevator components according to blueprints and SOPsUsing hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Performing visual quality checks to ensure product integrity
  • Troubleshooting assembly issues to improve efficiency
  • Operating special tooling and lifting devices as needed
  • Moving completed assemblies to shipping without damage
  • Communicating with teammates and supporting other shifts
  • Keeping your workspace clean and organized
  • Participating in training and cross-training as needed
What We're Looking For:
  • At least 1-year prior assembly experience
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
  • High attention to detail and strong teamwork skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and follow safety procedures
  • High School Diploma or GED required
