Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,897 per week

Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year.

Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS). Weekend Requirement: One Saturday shift per month. Float Requirement: No floating between locations required. Block Schedule: Flexible scheduling options available.

Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Provide treatment and support for various diagnoses, including joint replacements, cerebrovascular accidents (CVA), pain management, fractures, neurological conditions, deconditioning, and vestibular issues. Collaborate with other rehabilitation services, such as Speech Therapy (ST) and Occupational Therapy (OT), to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate patient records utilizing Cerner charting system. Work closely with physical therapy assistants (PTAs) to enhance patient care and treatment delivery.

Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Current state licensure in Physical Therapy, with acceptance of pending applications. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care. Flexibility to adapt to varying patient needs and scheduling.
