Magnetic Particle Inspector - Level II

Responsibilities: Perform Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)using wet fluorescent, dry powder, yoke, and bench methods Set up, calibrate, and verify MPI equipment Interpret indications and evaluate parts against acceptance criteria Document inspection results clearly and accurately Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure timely processing Maintain compliance with customer specifications and industry standards Support Level I personnel and uphold safety and procedural requirements

Requirements: Current MPI Level II certification(ASNT SNT‐TC‐1A, NAS‐410, or equivalent) Hands‐on experience performing MPI in aerospace, machining, or metal finishing environments Strong understanding of ferromagnetic materials and discontinuity types Ability to read and follow technical procedures and customer requirements High attention to detail and commitment to quality
