About the Role: As a Float Provider, you'll step into different clinics based on scheduling and operational needs. This role is a great fit for someone who is adaptable, dependable, clinically confident, and comfortable jumping into a new environment. You'll: Provide direct patient care using established, peer-reviewed treatment protocols. Float between North Houston clinics as coverage is needed. Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans. Support programs including hormone replacement therapy, weight management, sleep apnea management, hypertension, low libido, and other wellness services. Provide coverage for provider PTO, absences, and staffing needs. Collaborate with Clinic Directors, Medical Directors, operations, and management. Build strong relationships with patients and clinic teams. Maintain consistent, high-quality patient care across every location. We Want Your Personality Too! Requirements: Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner required Current DEA registration required Minimum of 1 year of clinical practice experience Strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills Ability and willingness to travel between North Houston clinic locations Flexibility to work different clinic schedules and locations Excellent communication and patient education skills Saturday availability required North Houston Float Locations Coverage may include: Kingwood Atascocita The Woodlands Spring Vintage Park Cypress Schedule Full-Time | Approximately 4041 hours per week Schedule and location will vary based on clinic coverage needs.
