Requirements:
- Full time Monday - Friday, Regional outreach to Marinette (55 miles from Green Bay) 1-2 days per week; Participation in call schedule 7 days Monday -Monday including hospital rounding and outpatient clinic during call week.
- Typically, 12-16 patients during a clinic day.
- Full time dedicated hospital nurse practitioner Monday-Friday to assist with hospital rounding and manage patients.
- Holiday coverage will also be needed.
- Palliative Medicine on staff as well (MDs/APCs)
- Team based care practicedMI & WI license & DEA required
