Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services. Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions. Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area. Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service. What Were Looking For: High School Diploma or GED. Valid drivers license or ID. 1+ year of automotive service experience; 1+ year of sales experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts Computer entry skills. Ability to work days, nights, Saturday, and some holidays.
