Kindergarten Pre K School Speech Language Pathologist - La Conner, Washington

Qualifications and Experience: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP Experience working with students in early childhood, elementary, middle, or high school settings Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in grades Pre-K through 12 Provide direct therapy services in individual and small group settings Develop targeted intervention plans tailored to diverse student needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Participate in IEP meetings, maintain documentation, and monitor student outcomes Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding speech-language supportThis is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and dynamic SLP who thrives in diverse school environments.
