Job Description
Summary:
  • The primary requirements of the Drop Mill Operator are to cool off, properly mix and process compounds through the mill within allowable specifications.

What Success Looks Like:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Necessity for attention to detail.
  • The ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Capable of maintaining quality control by monitoring production output.
  • Ability to identify any issues with the product or process.
  • Correctly identifying the correct batch is being milled.
  • Ensure belts, pans, and knives are always cleaned between compounds.
  • Following all safety procedures and guidelines along with assisting in modifying and updating procedures
  • Operating a forklift for various functions.
  • Your Credentials:
  • One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • High School or GED preferred
  • Willing to work overtime including weekends
  • Close visual work required.
  • Knowledge of general computer skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • The hourly rate for this position is $18 per hour, plus $1.00/hour shift premium for 2nd and/or 3rd shift.3rd Shift 10:45pm-7:00amSunday-Thursday
