Email Marketing Lead - Strategic Campaigns & Automation

AARP Foundation is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to lead the planning, design, and execution of our email program across participants, volunteers, and low-income older adults. You will craft compelling content, manage segmentation, and develop automated journeys to improve engagement and outcomes. You will partner with programs and technical vendors to ensure deliverability, data hygiene, and effective campaigns, while measuring performance with KPIs and continuous optimization.
