Individual, parent, and family sessions, with colleagues who can see other family members when that serves the case. • Learn from the team every week. Case consultation, in-house didactics, and colleagues who share what's working. • Invest in advanced training. $1,000 a year in continuing education after two years, plus a sabbatical benefit of up to $8,000 toward an advanced certification as you build tenure. • Grow into leadership.
