What You'll Do: Independently manage a caseload from intake through resolution or trial Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice Take and defend fact and expert depositions Draft, argue, and strategize motions Evaluate cases and develop litigation strategy Communicate directly with clients and provide regular reporting Serve as trial counsel when appropriate Practice Areas Personal Injury Defense Auto Liability / Accidents Insurance Coverage & Defense
