What You’ll Do:
  • Conductfunctional behavior assessments (FBAs)and skills-based assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.)Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers to ensure progress and consistency
  • Maintain accurate, insurance-compliant documentationthrough Central
  • ReachUse data to monitor and adjust treatment goals as needed
  • What You BringActive BCBA certificationand NJ LBA license (or in process)
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience inhome-based ABA therapyor community-based services preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Dedication tofamily-centered, ethical ABA care
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $75–$100/hour, based on experience and caseload size
