Technician I (Electrician Maintenance I)

Responsibilities: Maintain and upkeep machines and equipment used in pipe manufacturing. Order parts for broken equipment and supplies for preventative maintenance. Perform daily checks on all equipment and filters throughout the plant. Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues with equipment. Communicate with management and supervisors about equipment issues and repair updates. Be available for on-call duties as needed. Collect and send oil samples from equipment for analysis to determine when oil in extruders needs replacement. Conduct daily, monthly, and yearly preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities. Innovate and create enhancements to equipment to improve efficiency and performance.
