Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA)

About the Role: As an Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) at Morristown Post Acute, you will assist in providing a range of therapies to help our residents achieve their maximum potential. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting occupational therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans Conducting occupational therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist Adapting and modifying treatment plans as needed to meet the unique needs of each resident Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident progress and treatment plans

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program or related field (n/a) Completion of an Occupational Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution (n/a) Current OTA certification in New Jersey (n/a) Minimum of 1 year of experience as an OTA (n/a) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
