- Install cabinetry, crown molding, trim, and detailed finish work
- Read blueprints and troubleshoot jobsite challenges
- Guide carpenters and coordinate with other trades
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer service Requirements: 10+ years of professional carpentry experience
- Strong cabinet installation and finish carpentry skills
- Residential kitchen and bath remodeling experience
- Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read plans and work independently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work
Preferred:
