We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking individual to join the Lapels Team as a Laundromat Team Member. If you take pride in keeping things clean, enjoy helping others, and want to work in a supportive environment, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with laundry services and machine use
Maintain cleanliness of all areas: floors, machines, folding tables, restrooms, and lobby
Wash, dry, and fold laundry for drop-off or wash-dry-fold (WDF) service customers
Monitor machines for proper functioning and report maintenance issues
Handle basic point-of-sale (POS) transactions, if applicable
Ensure a safe, welcoming, and organized environment for customers
Restock supplies (detergent, dryer sheets, etc.) as needed
Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
