Formation & Community Life Pastor

Redeemer Brooklyn is seeking an Assistant Pastor of Formation & Community Life to join a fast-growing parish. The role leads community life, spiritual formation, and pastoral care, working with the Senior Pastor to cultivate a culture of discipleship, mission, and care across staff and volunteers. Responsibilities include shaping community group strategy, preaching 8–10 times per year, leading worship on Sundays, and developing leadership culture with the Diaconate and Session.
