Long-Term Acute Care Registered Nurse – Travel

Provide direct and individualized nursing care to long-term care patients Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement effective patient care plans Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive care Maintain accurate patient records and report symptoms and changes in patient conditions Administer medications and provide treatments according to physician orders Strong clinical skills in LTAC settings Exceptional verbal and written communication Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Adept in multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
