Plain City, OH Installer:
  • Full-Time | Permanent Position$27.50 per Hour(Includes $25.00 Base Pay + $2.50 Local Premium)

  • We are currently hiring Installers in Plain City, Ohio for a full-time, permanent opportunity. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in construction, installation, assembly, maintenance, manufacturing, field service, or other hands-on mechanical trades.
  • The Installer will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining equipment and systems while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to all safety and quality standards.
Job Summary: As an Installer, you will work on active job sites performing installation and assembly work using hand and power tools. This role requires individuals who are mechanically inclined, dependable, safety-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform installation and assembly work using hand and power tools
  • Read and follow installation instructions, blueprints, and work orders
  • Measure, cut, assemble, and mount materials as required
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in the field
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members
  • Complete projects according to quality and productivity standards
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Construction, installation, maintenance, assembly, mechanical, manufacturing, or related experience preferred
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid Driver's License Required
  • Must be able to pass a Background CheckMust be able to pass a Drug Screen
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Strong attendance record and reliability
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment
Compensation & Benefits:
