Clinical Resource Nurse - Main OR

Job Description: The Clinical Resource Nurse assists the manager in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the day-to-day operation of the patient care unit. Serves as a positive professional role model, exhibiting clinical leadership and decision-making skills. Acts as a resource for maintaining departmental records, scheduling, staff development and other special projects. This RN will staff in OR cases 50% of the time with dedicated office time. This RN will also be responsible for call shifts. This position requires a BSN. This position is scheduled 7 am until 3:15 pm Monday-Friday.
