Program Director - Emergency Medicine Residency

Job Highlights: Develop the program curriculum. Maintain current knowledge of national innovations in curriculum form and content. Responsible for the recruitment, selection, instruction, supervision, counseling, evaluation, and advancement of residents. Develop policies for the program and monitor overall compliance with these policies. Provide leadership and direction to ensure compliance with institutional and program-specific requirements as defined by the ACGME, Clinical Learning Environment Review (CLER) Evaluation Committee, and National Residency Matching Program (NRMP). Serve as the primary graduate medical education (GME) leader for Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in partnership with Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Responsible for prudent management of the program’s financial resources
