Residential Team Lead - Part Time

Position Requirements: At least 21 years of age Must have High School Diploma or GED Experience working with at-risk girls ages 10-17 (preferred) Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to to communicate with other staff members Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Ability to support, coach, and hold staff accountable in a respectful manner Basic computer skills Must have a valid driver’s license Must be able to pass a criminal background screening per the State of Nevada DPBH. Must be able to pass a drug screening upon hire and will be subject to random drug screenings Job Type

FT: Monday-Friday Nights (11:00pm-7:15am)

PT: Saturday/Sunday Nights (11:00pm-7:15am)
