Our Records Specialists eagerly assist in acting as a liaison between the credit union and the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information5025 Adams Avenue, South Ogden, UT 84403 Monday through Friday 8:00 AM 6:00 PMFull-time, 40 hours per week$20.25 per hour, based on experience and performance+ Bonus + Incentive
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
Work with loan officers in perfecting titles on all auto, boat, and RV loans.
File and maintain titles.
Research information, and resolve problems, errors, or discrepancies in records.
Send out titles when loans are paid off; assist collectors to obtain titles for repossession.
Comply with all regulations as required by law.
Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Experience, Education & Certification
High school diploma required.
Prior credit union experience is preferred.
