Job Description: Lamination Production Worker
Pay: $16.00/hour

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Lamination Production Worker to join our team. This position involves operating production equipment, handling materials, and ensuring products meet quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and assist with lamination production equipment
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Stack and organize materials, including at overhead heights
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow production schedules and safety procedures
- Assist with general production and warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Comfortable stacking materials above shoulder and head level
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Thrive in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Manufacturing or production experience is a plus
