Tambry Ventures is hiring Area Managers to oversee a network of salons across multiple locations. You’ll coach Salon Managers, shape positive salon cultures, recruit and develop stylists, and lead the team while spending part of your week behind the chair.
You will partner with managers to drive results, support underperforming locations with actionable improvement plans, and ensure a consistent guest experience across all sites.
