Salt Refinery Plant Operations Lead

Ilocatum is seeking a Refinery Superintendent to provide strategic operational oversight for a salt refinery plant, with responsibility for safety, food safety, quality, and financial performance. This hands-on, day-shift role will lead 2-3 supervisors and ensure operations meet all specifications. Responsibilities include establishing priorities, standardizing processes, managing capital and operating budgets, driving efficiency, and developing talent.
