The provider will join a large behavioral health team in a multispecialty group practice serving a region of 55,000. This role offers a flexible schedule and a comprehensive compensation package. Practice Info Fast growing practice in Detroit Lakes, MN Large BH health team with 5 psychologists both adult and pediatric, 2 psychiatric clinicians 1 MD and 1 PHMNP Possible outreach to other Sanford Clinics Multispecialty group practice including audiology, behavioral health, dermatology, family practice, internal medicine, obstetrics & gynecology, orthopedics, podiatry, surgery, urology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and outreach from Fargo for other specialties including opthalmology Service region of 55,000 Compensation Nationally competitive compensation plan Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $95,849 - $382,864 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs Additional incentives may be offered
