As a host or hostess, you’ll be the first and last face our guests see – setting the tone for their experience and ensuring every visit is memorable.
What You’ll Do:- Greet guests warmly and with a friendly smile as they enter the restaurant
- Manage reservations and walk-in seating efficiently to ensure smooth service flow
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Answer phones, take reservations, and provide accurate wait time estimates
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance area
- Communicate with servers, bussers, and management to coordinate seating and service
- Assist with light side work such as folding menus, refilling water, or delivering bread when needed
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them back
What We’re Looking For:- Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Able to stand for extended periods and move quickly when needed
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability preferred
- Previous host/hostess or customer service experience is a plus but not required – we’ll train the right person
